Trust In Me, Horizontal Original Acrylic Painting
“The feeling of his lips linger on mine, even months after it happened.
Just a gentle kiss, pausing a moment to savor the feeling of it, before walking off.
I hold onto the moment, for its all I have, and could be all I get.
For I don’t know what tomorrow will bring.”
“Trust in Me” came to be very naturally. The color palette of this painting was inspired by the small terracotta pots I painted in January. The perfect combination of terracotta and gold.
I had a clear roadmap for this painting. Each color and shape was delicately placed. As I painted “Trust in me,” Etta James echoed in the background, singing songs of lingering love. Songs of holding on to a moment for a little bit longer. As Etta’s voice soothed my soul, the paintbrush danced across the canvas.

This painting will include my initials on the front of the artwork. My full signature, the title, and the year of completion will be written on the back of the canvas.
The painting has hanging hardware attached to the back streamlining the hanging process. All you’ll need are nails and a hammer.
